Ordering
How do I order?
You have two options:
- Order by phone and call me on 0410 685 600
- Fill out the order form and email it to info@somethingbleu.com.au
How can I pay?
Direct bank deposit is the preferred payment method. Details will be provided once the order has been confirmed.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
The dispatch time for you order depends on what you have ordered. Our service standards are as follows:

| Items that are not printed or personalised e.g. accessories, decorations plain boxes, etc | Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the items to be dispatched |
| Personalised item on boxes or souvenirs | Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the items to be dispatched |
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from confirming the details.
Please note full payment must be completed prior to dispatch.

Delivery within Sydney CBD: Special offer, free next working day delivery!
Delivery within metro Sydney: Next working day
Delivery from Sydney to other cities and large towns in NSW: 1-3 working days
Delivery between other locations within NSW: 1-3 working days
Delivery between Sydney and adjoining east coast capitals (including Adelaide): 2-3 working days
Delivery from Sydney to other capital cities: 3-5 working days
Delivery from Sydney to other interstate locations: 4-6 working days
If you urgently require your order please contact us so we can arrange a courier to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Delivery Address
A redelivery charge may apply if an incorrect delivery address is provided. Please alert Something Bleu of difficult delivery locations & unusual spelling of streets & recipient names.
We do not receive confirmation of delivery. It is therefore the responsibility of customers of Something Bleu, to advise if goods are not received within 2 days of the delivery guideline. Something Bleu will then lodge enquiries with the delivery partner, to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of the agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Showroom
At the moment we don't have a physical showroom. Something Bleu is a purely online shop hence we're able to deliver the lowest cost for you.
Refund Policy
Something Bleu will not accept returns of unwanted goods.
